This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and ACT Genomics Co., LTD. (“ACTG”) for access to and use of ACT Genomics Portal, test report and other content and services (“Portal and Content”) that are provided to you on this website (“Site”). The ACT Genomics Portal systems, services, test report and other content provided on the Site shall be referred to collectively as the “Portal and Content”.
BY USING THE PORTAL AND CONTENT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT VIEW, ACCESS, OR USE THE PORTAL AND CONTENT IN ANY MANNER.
- The Portal and Content is provided by ACTG solely on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, and are based on the current state of the research and technology in use by ACTG at the time of the test. ACTG will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal and Content, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- We endeavor to include accurate and up-to-date information on our Site. However, you must be aware that scientific understanding and technologies change over time, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy, suitability or currency of information provided in the reports at any time.
- The test reports provided on this Site are to be used for informational purposes only, and are not intended to substitute for professional medical advice. Therefore, ACTG cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of information provided in the report.
- You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, sell, trade, or resell the Portal and Content for any purpose.
- You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Portal and Content (or the servers and networks which are connected to such website or portals).
- In consideration of your use of the Portal and Content, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information about yourself as prompted by the Portal and Content. If you provide any registration information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if ACTG has a reasonable ground to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, ACTG has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Portal and Content (or any portion thereof).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. If you allow third parties to access the Site through your username and password, you will defend and indemnify ACTG and its affiliates against any liability, costs, or damages arising out of claims or suits by such third parties based upon or relating to such access and use. You agree to immediately notify ACTG of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
- You agree not to gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portions of our Site, or to disclose users’ names or personally identifiable information. You agree not to use Portal and Content provided by ACTG to disclose or obtain another’s personal information, or collect information about users of our Site.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to Portal and Content, or your ACTG account with or without notice.

ACT Genomics Co., LTD (“ACTG”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you access ACT Genomics Portal, test report and other content and services (“Portal and Content”) that are provided to you on this website (“Site”).
- When registering for an account, we collect personal data including your name, email address, mobile number and country. You may provide this information to us or it may come from your doctors or other healthcare providers when a test is ordered for you. This information may be used to provide access to Portal and Content to you or to communicate with you
- We may automatically collect information about you and your computing device when you use, browse, and interact with our Site, including login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this Site.
- We work with third party service providers to provide website, application development, analytics, variant analysis, hosting, maintenance, transmission of test results, and other services for us. We limit the personal, health, and non-personal information we share with these service providers to that which is minimally necessary for them to perform their services for us, and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information.
